Paul R Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 How are you connecting PCIe to a Mac Mini? The Apple flash drives are PCIE, not SATA. They routinely hit over 700MB/s Read/Write. That's mega bytes, not bits. Apple Flash Drive For comparison, a Thunderbolt connected RAID array with SSDs from Crucial reads quite a bit faster, but is slower on writes. Just as expected.
