sandyk
A friend of mine was concerned about his Benchmark DAC1 USB running at a very warm temperature. His post and the reply from Benchmark is at the attached link. I am damn sure that I wouldn't run an 18V regulator with a 31V input without a considerable amount of heatsinking. Not if I wanted a long and reliable working life of the equipment. (O.K. I have my flame suit on !) All that Identical Checksums gives is the possibility of REGENERATING the file to close to that of the original file. PROFILE UPDATED 13-11-2020 Link to comment
