ToTo Man
I have all of my music concert DVD collection ripped to hard disk in uncompressed VIDEO_TS format which is playable in the OS bundled DVD Player app as well VLC. I was wondering if there were any other apps out there which offer superior sound quality to DVD Player and VLC, particularly when the Graphic EQ is engaged? I find the Graphic EQ in these two apps audibly degrades the sound quality far more so than the iTunes EQ. Any suggestions? wgscott
1. Don't use the graphics equalization. 2. For the Apple-type playback programs, you can have your receiver do the decoding. 3. Plex or Kodi (formerly XBMC). Link to comment
