The more indicates the volume is at 100%. See if DoP works instead of native DSD output. vortecjr
The manual says, "The Geek Pulse allows remote access to volume functions (increase/decrease/mute), as well as menu navigation and selection. At this time the Apple Remote is the only supported device." Have you looked at the mute setting via the remote. Blake
Hi Jesus, Thanks again for your help. 1. I unchecked the native DSP box, which I assume then defaults to DoP? 2. Yes, I have the Infinity model. 3. I have never set up the Apple remote for this DAC, but will give it try. I am sure the issue is some glitch with my DAC. Unfortunately LH Labs provides no support. Can’t wait for my new DAC to arrive and put this one back in the closet. lsantista
Hi, Im confused with the first two posts, one is from 2016 and states "this is the NEW way of" and the other is from 2018 but says "this is the old way". Anyway, I just followed this http://www.sonicorbiter.com/docs/tidal_qobuz_rendu step by step, and also made sure to select MPD/DLNA on the appswitcher, however my Ultrarendu will not show on PlayTo on the mconnect app THanks Link to comment

The manuals contain quick start information that can be viewed here: Sonicorbiter Rendu Series - User Manuals This is the new way to support Tidal and Qobuz on the Rendu series. This setup requires SonicOrbiter 2.7 or newer. Playback Tidal or Qobuz with mConnect. From the Rendu enter the unit's GUI and go to Settings / MPD DLNA and press Save. From the Rendu enter the unit's GUI and go to Apps/Audio App Switcher and confirm that you have a green Active box as shown below. Download mConnect or Android BubbleUPnP and install it onto your mobile device. From mConnect or Android BubbleUPnP select the device to stream to. From mConnect or Android BubbleUPnP select Tidal or Qbuz and enter your account information. Yep..it's that simple...enjoy! lsantista
thank you I had uninstalled/deleted bubble UPnP prior to trying. Will try again later in the week. Cheers Link to comment
lsantista
Hi, still nothing Is it really the UPnP thing the only possible issue? Sorry but I dont even know what that is. Is there anyway I can double check it is 100% uninstalled for good for ever? Please see my UR GUI and my iPhone mconnectLite (access to devices on my network granted) right now: Link to comment
lsantista
Reporting that it worked, thanks for the support. It took some persistance in saving settings and restarting mconnect Link to comment
