Would any of these compare well with the Mutec Ref10?

Yes, very favorably....all on your list would, OP20 and OP21 (if available) would be my choice though OP17 and above would definitely weigh in properly.  I would send an email to Kenji re: your power supply question for details however from what I understand the answer is yes.

When you have it up in Google Chrome, look on the list of selections on the left hand page and select 

 

"For Overseas (English)"
