Occasional High-Pitched Whine/Shrillness in Audirvana 2.4

Hi there.

 

I get this thing every now and then when playback in Audirvana will have a shrill "whine" emitted over the music. It's not present in iTunes or TIDAL or anywhere else. Sometimes turning everything off will cure the problem; other times, like right now at this moment, it's simply stuck.

 

Any ideas? What is sounds like is something using a cymbal brush at the end of every note.
