I saw Low Cut Connie last Friday, and am seeing The Hot Sardines on Monday the 18th of November. Next Monday.

Great band name! Come close to a favorite band name for me—and a great band—the former Squirrel Nut Zippers. (They were where I first discovered Andrew Bird.)

If I am not mistaken, she has just recently added a 2nd base in L. A. To her Insta profile.

Though, she is usually only touring in Canada, odds are good that she will do it in the US soon. That's what artists are doing for a living. Plus, you can ask her to play near your city using the bandsintown app/website

The concert will be her first venue in France and I will be on the road for 8 h by car and train to see her 90 minutes.

I spent my night having my knee x-rayed because I hurt it exercising and when I stood up to get ready to go to the show, it collapsed on me.

 

I am sure I will have other opportunities...

not sure. I’ve been sent home with pain pills, a compression sleeve, and crutches with orders to take it easy for a few days to see what happens.

So you had a big blowout before the show then did way better drugs than you could've scored inside.  

 

Here's hoping you heal quick and avoid doing things that could make it happen again.

I don’t take drugs that good...  really strong Aleve basically is what I have.

I know that, but the FAA appears to not know that.

 

The sticking point it, while CBD isn't supposed to contain THC, there is no way to know how much THC is in it, and use of CBD isn't a defense against a positive for THC.
