NAIDIVER
Yes i did but HDPLEX don't have a multirail LPSU to feed each socket like a regular PSU (which normally use in typical pc component.) so TeraDak is easier for me to use because it has the same cable as those switching PSU which i get use to. but finally i faced a problem that HDPLEX power inlet hole does not fit to TeraDak so it need a little bit modified as you see in the pictures. Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app I've tried many filters which deal with signal path or power line paths. All of those things have at least one side effect to SQ. (narrower soundstage and lack of Airy and ambience as everyone knew about that. Finally i had to take those things off and find the other way which doesn't cause side effect. As my trial, Absorber sheet will not cause side effect. It's just only reduce noise while maintain an open wide soundstage and also Ambience which is still exist. That why i do not hesitate to use absorber sheet on my second PC. I think " think of filter " is not a good idea. we should correct at the first point where the problem occured, not try to find the way to solve it while leave the cause behind and it still happen. High Precision clock will work accurately in the right timing which will cause the lowest jitter and phase distortion. It means no data correction anymore. the sound is improved. The machine works faster becuase of it. REGEN is quite good but good for the thing which you can't do much to upgrade your component like a notebook, a tablet or even Mac. When it's good from the top so don't need to use anything like REGEN,Jitter bug.. No need. NAIDIVER
Sorry for my noob question, but how do you connect all these clocks with each component? Is it via cable or via soldering? Also where did you get these clocks and can someone use other type of clocks? Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app Everything are ppa products, available on ppa page (try searching paul pang audio, you will find it) or on hi-end audio pc page ( or ask Phil in here) SSD clocks are built in. USB Card is also built in but there's an another version which the clock is separated from the usb card (easier when your pc need more than one pci card because builtin version you will loss 2 pci sockets because of its size) All you have to do is plug a clock pin jack to its socket and feed dc power via molex connector. The others are the same way to regular pc installation. If you never do it, you can order as a custom made for the whole set including wins trial version installation, bios set up, lpsu, streacom case all around usd 3000. I don't know much in tech term about clocks but as i know it is a first important key to SQ TCXO is lower price than OCXO which i used. OCXO is good enough for me because it's not too much pricecy. It is also used in a hi end dac such as Aurender W20 Femto clock is an efficient clock, more accuracy which is used in the beast or ... I forget it.. Rubedium is extremely acurracy. Very expensive.
