davidbortman
Frustrated! I have a 65.8 mbps download and I can't listen to a track without several interruptions. Tidal stops streaming and tries to regain connection. This may occur several times during a single track. I am having no other problems with any other Internet connections, streaming services, websites, etc. I'm using the premium service. Please advise. Link to comment
audio.bill
Where are you located? There have been some problems reported in certain countries but it's trouble free in most parts of the US. Link to comment
old ears
You might want to try changing your DNS servers to Google DNS. Seemed to help the same issue I was having. Link to comment

sddawson
Do you only have problems during peak periods, like during the evening? I have this problem using a cable connection with Optus in Australia. Tidal have said they have implemented changes but it's still hit and miss. Often one album will repeatedly play fine and another has repeated problems. It's very frustrating! if I use a VPN (in my case Cloak), even if it has an endpoint in Australia, the problems always disappear. It's definitely a problem between Tidal and Optus. Link to comment
