MPad and iTunes

I have an exaSound PlayPoint with a hard drive containing my iTunes library in addition to my hi resolution files. I deleted some of the albums I no longer wanted from iTunes, however, when I do an update and refresh my cache in MPad, ghost albums with the name of each album I deleted still appears. There is no artwork or songs, just a grey record for album artwork and the name of the album that was deleted. Anyone know how I can get rid of that?

Nevermind, it was happening because I didn't empty the trash after deleting the albums.
