• Earn 10% (usually 5%) back in points on all purchases – For every dollar you spend (excluding tax and shipping), you will receive 10% of your purchase back in points ($1=1point). Points can be used towards future purchases (merchandise only, excludes tax and shipping).
  
• Get early access to new products before they go live on the website – We’re constantly adding new products and you will be eligible to pre-order or be the first in line to purchase new merchandise BEFORE it goes live on ciamara.com. Club Ciamara members will be notified of early access to these new products via email.

Here’s how it works:

 

• The new item must be at least double the value of the trade-in item* (e.g. a $500 item must be traded in for an item that sells for $1000 or higher).
  
• Club members will receive up to 100% of their original purchase back in credit towards their new purchase (excluding tax and shipping costs). If the item that is being traded in is a current model, then the club member is eligible to receive 100% in credit. If the item is not current, then the club member can receive up to 66.67% in credit towards their next purchase.
  
• Trade-in must be received in good, working condition with the original box and accessories. If these conditions are not met, then the value of the trade-in will be reduced at Ciamara’s discretion.
