qdwieertteyrujpo
Sorry to hear that. I use all Mac, iPad and iPhone. Never had an issue in Switzerland and I am right now listening to it in Japan. Their staff is very responsive, so might be worthwhile dropping them a line. Regards, Dieter Link to comment
Fridolin
I often recognize a short dropout at the beginning of a title. Looks like this: Link to comment
davidovada
Grazie a tutti. I contacted Qobuz, received a response in less than one hour and all seems to be well. I was asked to delete and re-install the OSX and IOS apps - which fixed the problem. They also suggested that I re-connect my Sonos (which I do not own?). In any case, everything is now working. Kees de Visser
I've noticed that too. My guess is that it has to do with the "cross fade" option. If the transition between two tracks isn't seamless, the last second of the previous track is added to the next track. I think I solved that by disabling the cross fade. It's my second day on Qobuz so I'll check. Link to comment
Kees de Visser
Sorry, can't edit my post, which was in reply to Fridolin's dropout problem. Disabling gapless playback in the preferences solved it for me. Link to comment
