It's a superb pro-audio USB-SPDIF converter (can actually work as an input and output interface.) I compared it against the Audiophilleo 2+PP and found this to be definitively better. Selling only because I am moving away from a computer based server to a purpose build streamer. MSRP $483. Note that this will work only with PC and Mac machines, it does not play well with linux or linux-based servers.
