How I resurrected a Corning usb cable

for whom it may concern : I happened to simply touch the connection between the required hub and the Corning ; heard a "clic" noise and music stopped. The Corning would not even be listed under "about this Mac/usb"...

had the hope that what I heard was just the sound of a static discharge not the death scream of the Corning, had the idea to plug the computer side of the Corning in the powered hub.

btw how does the Corning fare with the Amber Regen ?

Glad your Corning survived:-) To my ears Corning works well with green regen and not so impressive with amber. Supra with amber beats Corning-amber combo.
