Do I need a Reclocker or a usb to s/pdif converter for my audio system?

Good Morning,

 

Using an Asus Xonar STX / Oppo-105 / Krell Foundation (using S/PDIF from PC to either Oppo or Krell), would I still need an SPDIF re-clocker or a USB to SPDIF converter to get a better sound or do you think direct digital (RCA SPDIF) from Xonar to DAC is good enough?
