use winamp as default audio processor

Hi guys, is there a way that I can use winamp as a audio processor so that I can let other applications like vlc, games and browsers etc send their audio to winamp and winamp then equalizes it and then sends it to my sound card for output, the reason I want to do this is because I can enhance audio from winamp and not on my on board audio's software.
