PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Sonore Sonic Orbiter V1 is an audiophile PCM and DSD/DoP capable audio renderer with Ethernet input and USB output.


 

SELECTABLE OUTPUT MODES

Mode #1 - SqueezeLite Output Mode - This output works with any Logitech Media Server and compatible controllers. This output supports true gapless playback for FLAC, ALAC, WAV, and AIFF. When used with the local Logitech Media Server and Vortexbox 2.3 you can output gapless PCM and DSD/DoD. When used with Logitech Media Server on your computer or your NAS you can output gapless PCM.

 

Mode #2 - ShairPort Output - This is an AirPlay emulator that utilizes streams sent to it from a compatible source.

 

Mode #3 - MPD/DLNA Output Mode: Great for the JRiver app.

 

Mode #3a - DLNA Output - This output utilizes streams from UPNP/DLNA servers and controllers. Playback has been enhanced and now uses MPD as the renderer.

 

Mode #4 - HQ Player NAA Output Mode - This output is intended to work with Signalyst's HQ Player running on your computer. Digital signal processing is performed by the HQ Player application. This output supports true gapless playback. The processed data is then asynchronously streamed over the network to the Network Audio Adapter (NAA) for output via USB. This output supports PCM and DSD/DoP streaming.

Supports AAC, AIFF, ALAC, FLAC, MP3, and WAV files from HTTP streams

Controlled via apps on your mobile device

 

 

The Sonic Orbiter is powered by an on board, very fast, low noise, low output impedance linear power supply

The Sonic Orbiter power supply is point to point wired by hand with 4 nines silver wire

The Sonic Orbiter between board power supply wiring is mil spec silver plated copper in teflon insulation for low contact resistance and long life/reliability

The Sonic Orbiter is isolated from noise on the network
