Thanks Aurender. It’s just the same with Tidal and I have raised it several times with Support. They recognise it as a bug and keep promising to fix it with a SW update. Audioclyde
First time poster in this thread (long time member here on the site but have been AWOL the past couple of years due to family illness)--I just added an N100H to my system. It replaced a modified Mac Mini with linear pwr supply running Windows Server on bootcamp partition with Optimizer and JPlay--I was on my second Mac Mini and was starting to have repeated problems, so decided to try the user friendly Aurender solution. Just installed last night and very pleased with the sound; from initial listening I feel like the SQ is at least as good (not going to say better yet, but I may conclude its better in the future) than via my modified Mac Mini. I picked up the N100H used (although it is in mint condition), so I don't know how many hours it has on it. Quick, likely dumb, question (and I admit to not having read all of this thread, although I've tried to do a search for the answer)--the manual and numerous posts speak to opting to use the Standby Mode for the Aurender. I cannot seem to find this option in the Aurender Settings Menu in the Conductor app. Is the option still available and if so, how do I find it? Thanks! Randy Link to comment
Foxman50
Randy, welcome to the Aurender party. I believe the standby feature was disabled sometime back if memory serves. But at my age it tends to serve less n less these days. Link to comment

Page47
Hello My AURENDER back repair at AURENDER Europe for motherboard change and front screen. The failure is random: when I play a music file, the song plays two to three seconds then it stops four to six times in succession before playing the rest of the file correctly. Problem on ssd memory? I made a request for remote assistance. Link to comment

hellrider77
Latest FW is messing up a lot of things. They don't even want to recognize problems. DSD is not working anymore with any of my devices. First they said it is an legacy dac with odd driver, but it is not working on Audiophilleo 1 either, which is highly compatible. Also support is silent since two weeks. It is definitely a matter of too many devices and subdimensionate dev and support team. Link to comment

Vincent1234
Some smaller problems here too. When changing sample rates, regularly the left channel is distorted for the first 10 secs or so and then restores again. Using W20 and dCS Rossini Player over USB. Pretty annoying; this never happened before the update. @AriMargolis, could you please chime in? Link to comment

I have also this, and I thought it was something wrong with my DAC because things disapear when I turn OFF/ON my DAC. On your side, does this distortion always vanish by itself after 10 sec or so ? I never had it disapearing by itself, I had to turn OFF/ON my DAC... so I wonder if My problem is the samle as yours ? anyone else has sometime distortion for the first 10 secs or so after a new track ? Popular Post AurenderAmerica
Hi gang, yes indeed, there are a couple of known bugs with the recent software update(s) including the following: 1. Glitchy playback of the first few seconds of music when using the “play all” command to add an album or playlist to the queue. This actually turns out to be a Conductor App (iOS) issue, and it has been fixed internally. A Conductor app update has been submitted to the App Store for review already. This normally takes a few days, but then it will be available for universal release. @bmichels @Vincent1234 this is the issue you are reporting. Contact me for a beta version of the app if you want it before it becomes available at the App Store. 2. Disrupted high-res playback compatibility with select DACs (Esoteric, Marantz, Teac). This has also been fixed internally and will be resolved universally in a forthcoming firmware update. In the meantime, If you use any of these DACs, contact me at [email protected] - our software team has a fix that can be applied to your Aurender remotely within 1 Korean business day. @hellrider77’s reported issues have to do with compatibility with a specific DAC. Aurender’s software team will do its best to restore compatibility with that specific DAC once the universal issues have been resolved. As always, if you are having trouble with your Aurender, please send a Remote Support email request from the Conductor Settings>Help menu. This provides our software engineers with diagnostic logs. ( @Page47 our European rep, Pablo, should be responding to you soon if he has not already). We appreciate any and all bug reports or feedback - it helps us get better and better! We hope that despite these unfortunate bugs, you are enjoying the improvements that come with every update. Thank you all very much for using Aurender in your systems, and for your patience and cooperation allowing us to fix any issues as quickly as possible. Hi Ari, Thanks for your quick response, much appreciated! I would certainly like to get the beta app already now, as I've already filed a complaint with dealer and distributor of Aurender and dCS. If this is it, all will be happy. Kindly let me know how to achieve this. I'm already a beta tester. Thanks again! Link to comment
