Hello,

 

I could use some help please. 

I believe I have the same issue with my X100 as noted by member Bolts earlier (October 7). After latest software upgrade the unit indicates that it is streaming but there is no sound out of my dac, I also tried two other dacs but again no sound. The unit recognised all dacs and is confirmed on the amoled screen, but no sound.

Any advise please of how to sort out this issue.

Hello, It seems to me that display is burned. I had the same problem with my X100L (model from 2015). I sent the photo to support, they remotely inspected the unit and confirmed the issue.

I asked for replacement display, got it, and replaced it myself. At the time of problem my Aurender was out of warranty. Good luck.
