Review sites that emphasize fidelity

I'm not the biggest fan of the most extreme forms of metal music, but, as a fan of the sludge, doom and stoner sub-genres, I really enjoy Metal-Fi.

 

The site is full of careful reviews of new and old albums with a special sensitivity to the concerns that matter to many of the readers of the CA forum. Metal Fi contributes to Angry Metal Guy's website too, the latter of which routinely mentions dynamic range compression, production quality, etc. as well.

 

Are there other websites like this, whether about metal or not? Pitchfork seems to disregard fidelity on purpose, or at least rarely mentions it. Is the only alternative CA forums, or the Steve Hoffman Forums?

 

Bonus points if you can recommend something with an electronic or indie focus.
