Changing the PSU of the Auralic Aries

Has anyone tried to change the PSU of the Aries in favour of another one ?

Any positive or negative view ?

I dont think the external one is the issue as its linear.

 

Are there smaller SMPS inside the Aries? If so, how to change those for a tangible performance boost.

 

Aries is feature rich, so a maxxed out version will be attractive.

Wisnon: Photos of the Aries PCB show a bunch of LDO regulators, so no SMPS--it's all linear.
