Hifitubes, I think you will be very pleased with that setup. I own the Black Lion Microclock MKII and it is fantastic. Black Lion is made of good people. They rebuilt the popular DigiDesign 192 Interface used with Pro Tools HD recording from the ground up and there is a very well respected engineer here in town who compared them to many other converters, including the top of the line Apogee and Lavry Gold. This guy has access to any converter he wants and he's switched over to the Black Lion rebuild dubbed "FM192". All that to say they do great work and build excellent products and I think you'll be pleased..
