kennyb123
Initial impression of remix of "To Be Over": This track really benefits from the increased instrument separation. I need to do some more comparisons. I will report back. pitbull
On the subject of Yes - Relayer - I recently bought the Definitive Edition (CD + BluRay). The BluRay contains a 24/192 version of the original album mix - however using DAE on both Mac and Windows I'm only getting this showing as 24/48 :-( Anybody else seen this, and/or have a potential solution ? Regards. PitBull. Link to comment

Regards. PitBull. Same here, Pitbull. DVD Audio Extractor states the Original Stereo Mixes are DTS 192 2Ch files, when extracted only 24/48 remains. Especially the DTS designation strikes me as odd. Steven Wilsons site says those mixes should be LPCM Stereo 24/192 Yes – Relayer (CD/Blu-Ray) | StevenWilsonHQ.com ??? I'm lost - did you find a solution? Anyone? Thanks! Marc Link to comment
bluebeat
DAE apparently doesn't decode DTS-HD, only the DTS core, which is 24/48. I ripped the Blu-ray using MeGUI/Eac3to, which eventually resulted in a 24/192 version of the original Relayer stereo mix. Cheers' Marc Link to comment
