Finally Put My Speakers Back Together

Had the woofers of my Alon Model IV refoamed by Carl Marchisotto a while back. Kept hesitating to put them back together as I've only soldered with a soldering iron once before, years ago. I finally got them back together this weekend and I am so glad. The soldering was fairly easy, although my work won't win any beauty contests. I also replaced the original monopole tweeters with dipoles provided by Mr. Marchisotto (effectively making these a Mk 2). So far I am back in love with the Alons. Need to get to work on really tweaking the room and the speaker placement next, but these speakers are wowing me all over again already.
