Headphone streaming station solution below $400?

Has anyone found a cost effective headphone streaming station solution? Ideally that would be

a) compact UPNP renderer with battery power options,

b)DAC capability up to 192/24 or asynch USB 2.0 DAC connection to allow use of something

like the Ifi Nano DSD

 

I have a couple of headphone amplifiers and It would be nice not to be tethered to the main system Oppo

for streaming use. Tried my Galaxy S3 phone as a renderer to headphone amp, it just doesn't cut it.

Looked at the Sotm SMS100 as a possibility but USB out only device at $450 is too close to what

it would cost me just to buy another Oppo 103 which already has my trust.
