Are there any "audiophile friendly" players for OSX Mavericks that support VST/Audio Units/RTAS plugins?

Audirvana Plus supports AU plugins, and so does Pure Music.

Greetings!

Are there any "audiophile friendly" players for OSX Mavericks that support VST/Audio Units/RTAS plugins? Considering switching from Windows to OSX, but having the ability to use DSPs and pro-audio parametric EQ is a must.

Orgel answered your question, but OS X in general seems to have fewer options. Check out the DSP sub-forum for more info. I wound up using Dirac on OS X instead. If you have done all the DSP work in windows (or are willing to), then there are more options available.

Another player that accepts AU plug-ins is Fidellia. Also, you can use them with AU Lab.app in OS X (a free app available with the Developer tools, requires registration) and then you can use it with anything.
