bmoura
The Fone record label from Italy has released their first three DSD Downloads on the NativeDSD.Com web site. They are recorded with valve mics in natural settings. Downloading the Jazz trio album "La Notte" in Stereo DSD from the Fone collection as we speak. https://fonerecords.nativedsd.com/ Link to comment
jtm
La Notte is a great album, both from music and sound quality point of view. I do not know the quality of the download, but have the SACD disc ripped. 30 years of Natural Jazz Recordings is another recommendable album by them if you accept sampler discs. Link to comment

Downloaded the DSD file of "La Notte" from NativeDSD.Com earlier today. It is excellent. Coming from the Fone's tapes, I'm sure it surpasses the SACD rip sonically. Link to comment

I find samplers a good way to learn more about a label's albums and artists. I'll watch for that one. I see they've posted a DSD Download from Jazz sax player Scott Hamilton today. Listening to some samples of that now. Hmm.... https://fonerecords.nativedsd.com/albums/i-could-write-a-book Link to comment

Can't wait to hear this at home with DSD. Downloading now, well trying to, no price? AS Profile Equipment List Say NO to MQA Link to comment

The other one NativeDSD added today on Fone DSD is an album by Jazz bassist Sekou Bunch who is probably better known as one of the contestants on Survivor: Cook Islands. You never know who has recorded in DSD! https://fonerecords.nativedsd.com/albums/sekou Sekou Bunch - Survivor Wiki Link to comment

Downloading now, well trying to, no price? The no price thing. You have to click on the resolution (DSD64) and the number of channels (Stereo/2) and then the price fields show. This lets NativeDSD sell multiple versions of an album (Multichannel or Stereo, DSD64, DSD128, DSD256). Link to comment
