The Computer Audiophile
Kurt was a member of the infamous 27 Club. A tortured sole with a heroin habit so typical of those we've lost way too soon in the music industry. I liked Nirvana when the band was at its peak, but didn't realize the influence Kurt had on so much music I liked and continue to like to this day. My favorite band, Pearl Jam, insists it wouldn't exist today if it weren't for Kurt's influence on the band and his brutally honest comments made directly to the band. Kurt suffered from bipolar disorder (formerly called manic depression), which is often a significant contributing factor in addiction and, of course, suicide. "Relax, it's only hi-fi.
