Dunkinidaho Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 The Asus h87m plus MB has the realtek alc 887 8 channel hd audio codec installed. Today I installed the realtek hd audio manager. Does anyone know how these two systems work together as far as delivering quality audio? I'm thinking of installing an asus xonar d2 card if it would result in a substantial improvement. 2.0 powered speakers being used here as a stand alone system. Thanks Link to comment
