Yes, you see it far right in the frequency spectrum of your graphs (also in mansr DSD enhanced SoX). Question is what happens with the sharp rise of noise above 30kHz (characteristic of DSD64). If the noise is simply transmitted to the PCM file it depends on the system whether or not it can cause intermodulation distortion. But since it's only quantization noise anyway it can be be filtered out in DSD64 to PCM conversions without affecting the actual music content... so this would be a better ("safer") approach IMHO. ____________________________________________________ Mac Mini, HQPlayer | iFi Zenstream (NAA) | Intona 7055-B | Singxer SDA-6 pro | Vincent SV237 | Buchardt S400 | SPL Phonitor One | Beyer DT1990pro | Avantone Pro Planar II Desktop: Audirvana Origin | Intona 7054 | SMSL M500MKII | Pro-Ject Stereo Box S | Aperion Novus B5 Bookshelf | Lehmann Rhinelander | Beyer DT700proX Link to comment

Thanks, I did see that online, unfortunately, The $249.99 USD cost of the PROduce-RD version is a little expensive just to convert 1 album (I'm sure I could find some other uses for the software, but overall, I use ISO2DSD and dbPoweramp and 99% of the time they provide me with everything that I need to convert SACD ISO's and to tag and Meta data/ album art for DSF files). Thank you! Link to comment

I believe that this is a 2008 Blue Spec Japanese hybrid SHM-SACD, which is now out of print and was a limited run. (that’s the only SACD version/ release of this album I could find, however since there’s is no tags or meta data on the 5.1 DSF I have, I’m not ruling out the possibility it could be a bootleg, it’s definitely possible).
