Ayon audio S5 and Audio Research Reference DAC

Hi everyone, i would like to have feedbacks on 2 high end streamers the Ayon S5 and the Audio Research Reference DAC.

Feedbacks on Aurender and Lumin are also welcome!

If any of you have had the chance to listen to them please let us know what you think.

I'm looking for the best possible streamer in the 15000 € price range.

My speakers will be Thiel CS 3.7.

Unfortunately, no experience of any of the streamers mentioned, but specs appear to show them not supporting DSD network streaming, if that's important to you.

 

Another possible streamer to consider (apart from the Aurender Aries and Lumin) is the Marantz Reference NA-11S1.

it depends on what you want...and what is your remaining system.

Do you want a streamer with a DAC (I would call it a network dac) or a streamer with no DAC (to use with your dac of choice)??
