After upgrading SAM to fit my Focal Aria 926, everything stopped working (or so I thought). Thierry from Devialet offered after a few mail exchanges to give me a call and run though my settings. He did so, found what is an embarrassing user error, and in addition explained to me how to use the ethernet computer to Devialet connection. Just outstanding support which reassures me that I did the right thing by going for a Devialet; SQ is obviously very important, but having support when needed is priceless. Thanks again to Thierry.
