The Computer Audiophile
Great strategy. Move audio quality way back with lossy mp3 then bring it back to CD and call it HD. Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
tonyking
I think that is a typo. I downloaded the 96/24 FLAC today. Album is great. Link to comment
new_media
Did you download it from Albarn's online store? I would buy it if I knew it was 96/24, but I'm not paying $18 for a CD-quality download when I can probably find the CD for $10. EDIT: I see they have changed it now to 24/44.1; is it available elsewhere in 24/96? Link to comment

tonyking
Everyday Robots HD Digital Album - Store Exclusives this is where the 96/24 is available...hopefully not up-sampled! Link to comment
new_media
I downloaded the album from WMG. The title track is 24/96 and then everything else is 24/44. Also no tags or cover art included. I think they need some work on their delivery. The album is listed as 24/44 on HD Tracks as well. Someone with the 24/96 files want to see if there's any action about 20kHz? Link to comment
tonyking
yes I complained to WMG about the lack of metadata. I ordered from Europe and all tracks seem to be 96 but as you say what happens over 20khz. Great album though...up there with Think Tank imho Link to comment
new_media
Yes, the album is very good. Must always remember to enjoy the music. Link to comment
