Jriver / Jremote video library control issues

After a lot of trial and error, I finally am getting my concert Blu Rays ripped for playback with Jriver 19 / Jremote. Much to my dismay, I am finding that appears to be impossible to navigate videos in JRemote using a hierarchy, so your video titles will just list alphabetically. If you create individual "particules (for tracks)" they are just inserted in the single level list of content. This is of course completely unworkable. Is anyone aware of a solutions to organize / navigate video content in Jremote. If not are there better programs to manage video content from Jriver remotely?
