John Legelis
Just wanted to post some analysis from one of my favorite recent recordings, John Abercrombie Quartet - Within a Song (ECM). There's a lot of great cymbal work on this recording which seems to benefit from the 8824. I liked the CD release so much that I went for the HDTracks 8824 and am not sorry. Spectrum looks good on both, and sounds great on my Quad ESL's. Enjoy! - JohnL p.s. Just noticed a new John Abercrombie release, 39 Steps. Gonna get a copy ASAP. Link to comment

Love his earlier work, Timeless is jsut a masterpiece of Jazz rock fusion...I play it for people and they are stunned. But so so late at night and with the lights low.... Could you put here also a spectrum plot please? FFT. -- Krzysztof Maj http://mkrzych.wordpress.com/ "Music is the highest form of art. It is also the most noble.
