Long answer: yes, but buying an external audio interface (like the Asus Xonar U7 or a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2) will give you equal or better results for MUCH less money. if money is no objection, you can buy a "pci express mini" -> "pci express" adapter + a "pci express" -> "pci" adapter. especially the latter is rather esoteric and expensive.
