Cello Music?

That reminds me that we've completely forgot to mention Tchaikovsky's beautiful Rococo variations for Cello.

Well, I for one thank you for asking questions like this and hope you'll continue as the spirit moves you.

It's my not so subtle attempt to categorize all the great advice that appears somewhat haphazardly in "of the evening," "to die for," and other threads. It makes it much easier for me to get advice and then find it again.

I downloaded and listened to the de Pre version of the Elgar Cello Concerto. It's great.

Cheers.

I forgot about this series of Gavriel Lipkind's work in 24/88 and 24/96…it might be worth a listen if you like the samples (I have the third in the "Heroics" series):

A recent recording, possibly not to everyone's taste, that I am enjoying a lot is the Christian Poltera/Vienna Radio Symphony recording of works by Dutilleux and Lutoslawski. It's available as a 96/24 FLAC download from eClassical.

Travel/Portable: iPhone 7 or iPad Pro - AudioQuest Dragonfly Red - Audeze SINE or Noble Savant
