kevalin Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 I wanted to post my experience here for those considering Phil's program The whole lack of GUI for me is where the map ends and mermaids and serpents are drawn. I have a since PC Zuma and a very limited but evolving understanding of computer. I was setting up the new program and I placed the powershell files provided on the desktop and loaded the Jriver auto load, rebooted and found myself in coremode. Phil quickly guided me through some steps and I learned how to navigate in and out of core mode, which is easy under 1.23. The sound is amazing, and is completely stable. Wonderful music, easy to use. Anyone apprehensive about using a single computer server in core mode, dive in. The water is refreshing. I am loving this. Thank you Phil. Link to comment

digipix Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 I installed windows 2012 R2 and get ready for optimizer. When tried installing the USB 2 driver for Mytek dac, I get a message that "Set up cannot run on the current operating system....". I then tried the fire wire and after it installed I get the no device found. So far I can only use USB 1. Can anyone help? Link to comment
