bigjppop
Does anyone know if they block international customers? I can't even get to a home page. I've downloaded stuff from them a couple of times but I've had problems all week. Can anyone send me an email address for customer service/tech support at HDTracks? Thanks for all your help! wooster
Their terms and conditions say that downloads are only available within the US. Maybe they have found a way of blocking people who try to download from outside the US. I can still access the site (from the UK), but I haven't tried to buy a download. Link to comment

bigjppop
That really sucks! I've purchased a couple of albums from them and never had a problem until recently. They don't even list an email address for contacting them with questions? Link to comment

David N
For international customers of HDtracks try using the PayPal payment option rather than the credit card payment option. I must admit I have not' tried it myself. David N Link to comment
bigjppop
I used my Paypal account the first few times I purchased from them but for some reason I can't even get to a homepage anymore. I'm wondering if they've figured out a way to block international ISPs. Link to comment

sandyk
I feel sure that if HD Tracks wanted to close this loophole, they would have done so long ago. Why otherwise would they send their emails and special offers to Downunder email addresses, and those of other non U.S. origin ? SandyK How a Digital Audio file sounds, or a Digital Video file looks, is governed to a large extent by the Power Supply area. All that Identical Checksums gives is the possibility of REGENERATING the file to close to that of the original file. PROFILE UPDATED 13-11-2020 Link to comment
