Mister Wednesday
Chris, Took your advice (again - thanks once again for your great advice!) and bought a refurbished MacBook Air at a decent price to use as a remote control of my iTunes system residing on my MacBook Pro/Drobo set-up. As you've described in your previous postings on this subject this is definitely the way to go especially when I'm text editing the iTunes track info from my listening seat. My question for you, and any others out there remotely controlling this way, concerns the screen image on the MacBook Air when in screen sharing mode. I'm using the "Turn Scaling On" function within Screen Sharing to get a larger size image. I've found that when I'm controlling the iTunes/MacBook Pro this way whenever I move the cursor on the MacBook Air screen out by the left/right/top/bottom edge of the iTunes pane image it shifts the entire pane image to the left/right/top/bottom. If the cursor on the MacBook Air is anywhere away from the screen edges it's fine and I can do all the usual touchpad scrolling within the pane itself just fine. Does anyone else out there know how to overcome this anomaly or is this simply a default setting of the screen sharing function? Regards, Mister Wednesday Link to comment
