slim devices transporter vs Lynx AES16?

Recommended Posts

I believe the Transporter is limited to 24/96 and the Lynx AES16 is 24/192K. The DAC in the Transporter is excellent but many of the DACs mentioned at CA in the $1K and up price range are often considered better. Since you say you don't need a DAC you would seem to be paying for something you don't need.

I think the Lynx is in another league than the Transporter. I would only use a Transporter if I needed wireless 24/96, that's it. The Lynx has up to 24/192 as Zorro said and it's a digital I/O only. No DAC that you don't need. The Lynx is much cheaper as well.

tks for your advise. I known that if compare about technical Lynx in better with 24/192. But transporter using wifi so I can reduce digital jitter from computer, and transporter have clock seperated. And Slimdevices researched special power supply for transporter, so I consider what is better Lynx and Transporter.

Could you tell me more about them?

tks a lot
