Newbie: Needs a Little Help!

I admit it: I am not very computer savvy. Comes with advancing years!

I am proud of myself - I actually downloaded EAC and burned a CD - but:

1: I burned Jennifer Warnes Famous Blue Raincoat, but it burned the CD as one long track. How do I direct the software to burn each track

2: What do I have to do to recognize track names and cover art. Right now all I am getting is "Unknown Artist, Unknown Track"

Sorry for the simple questions, but I have to learn somewhere!
