joeljoel1947 Posted January 5, 2009 Share Posted January 5, 2009 Well, I had SO MANY problems about a week ago with my Dell laptop and a TC Electronics Konnekt 8. Apparently, my laptop hates firewire! I bought in exchange a USB E-mu 0404 external 24/192 interface and this baby is flawless! No more audio dropouts! HRx sounds incredible, as it should, and even redbook upsampled to 24/192 is VERY nice. I won't be selling my Raysonic redbook cdp, but this is CLOSE! OK, just had to share my PC audio joy. I am frantically beginning to burn my cd's to my new external hard-drive. Soon I will be able to (hopefully) begin taking LP's and open reels in via 24/192 to my PC! Regards, Joel Link to comment
