joeinid Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 Hi, I'd like to use my LIO-8 on another preamp that only has RCA inputs, no XLR's. Can I have a cable made with only RCA outs on channel 1 and 2? Can I expect a loss of sound quality vs the XLR's? Cable length will only be 3-4 feet. Is my only option XLR to RCA adapters? Thanks! I was just wondering if I or anyone would be able to sense a gain or loss in sound quality going from TRS/DB25 to XLR vs TRS/DB25 to RCA for a short run.
