I am the original owner, and no longer have the server I used it with.  I was surprised by the benefit it added.

It is in very good condition, but does have some very light marks, and missing one of the little black stick-on feet on the bottom, which I replaced with a clear one.  No big deal. ;). Peal it off and put a different one on if you want/. They are just the little rubber feet you get at the hardware store.
