1) it has full-size bracket installed. Note that it doesn't come with the low-profile PCI-e bracket.
2) the card has been upgraded to latest firmware ver 2.0, and only single port(i.e. the port further from DC input) is enabled for best performance per jcat's recommendation. If you need to enable another port, I can send you instruction.
