I’m the second owner of this unit that was traded in to an Aurender dealer on an SE. I purchased it last March. I initially had some trouble loading music onto the drives. Aurender support was excellent as usual. The SSD cache drive was replaced by Aurender in April and it has performed flawlessly ever since. It is a substantial improvement over my previous N10 that I loved. Offered for sale only to allow me to upgrade again to the SE. The unit is in great condition as shown apart from the pictured dent in the top right corner (looking from the front). The aluminum faceplate was chosen for a reason but is susceptible to dings like this. That was there when I bought it and you’ll hardly notice it from your listening position, if at all. It obviously has no effect on performance. I certainly didn’t buy it to look at it and I’m sure you won’t either. Before the SE this was the “Flagship” model. The battery powered playback system truly puts the W20 in a different league. Silent background and amazing 3D imaging the N10 couldn’t approach. I was honestly unprepared for how much of an upgrade it was because I enjoyed the N10 so much. Please send any questions you have.
