Mini218 IA tube amplifier is a mini tube amplifier launched by Zhuhai Lici Co., Ltd. This tube amplifier is designed with a concise concept as the starting point. The circuit is very simple. It adopts 2-stage amplification. The pre-stage and driving part adopt 12AX7, while the power amplifier stage adopts a 6BQ5 for single-ended amplification, and each channel outputs 3W Power. Is 3W output power enough?

Speaking of this, some people may ask: "The output power of the current composite audio is tens of watts. Is the output power of 3W enough?" Enough! Because in actual use, the listening distance is basically within 1 meter. The sensitivity of the Helium 410 speaker reaches 87dB, that is to say, when the power amplifier outputs 1W power, a sound pressure value of 87dB can be obtained within a distance of 1 meter. In actual listening, the sound pressure value usually rarely reaches 87dB. Therefore, although the actual output power of the power amplifier is not large, the output power of 3W is sufficient here.

As for the sense of hearing, what will happen? When I listened, the volume knob was basically adjusted to about half, and the program source was the high-rate Internet radio station in iTunes. At this time, the control of the power amplifier is very good, the sound is still very relaxed, and the image is very cohesive. Whether it is a violin or a piano, the outline of the instrument is quite clear, and it does not appear flat. It can be inferred that the output power of 3W is actually enough.
