Adding some details as I'm getting a lot of questions on this listing.

This is a DC power regulator and not a power supply. You provide DC power in, it regulates that power and the DC power out is smoother and better regulated.

As part of regulating the power there is a drop of roughly 1.5V from the INPUT power to the OUTPUT power.

This model is 13.5V IN and 12V OUT.

HOWEVER as there aren't really any 13.5V sources that may seem strange. My use-case was I wanted to power my EtherRegen which is happy with between 6V and 12V power. I was using a 12V Paul Hynes SR4T. I explained this to Alexey at LDOVR and he sent me this model. So I was powering the DXP with 12V IN and it was presumably outputting approximately 10.5V out. I have no idea why Alexey sent this rather than say 12V IN and 10.5V OUT but I trusted his judgement.
