MC-0.5 is a "must have" accesory to any system

The MC-0.5

Stereotimes' most wanted component, The MC-0.5 is a magnetic conduction device. Covered under the connecter is a series of patented products. This unique device simply plugs into the wall to apply magnetic conduction to incoming electricity. The MC-0.5, once plugged into an extra outlet, delivers a dramatically cleaner, clearer music signal with better dynamics, realism and musicality. It is both more detailed as well as more relaxed-sounding at the same time.

Although moderately priced in comparison to some power conditioning products, the MC-0.5 will offer an improvement to all audio systems. It also works with conventional power conditioners to restore extra realism, speed and clarity. Although meant for reference audio systems this device can be used on literally anything including televisions and home theater systems. Just find an extra outlet to plug the MC-0.5 in and enjoy improved picture clarity and music resolution.

Recently reviewed by Norm Luttbeg for stereotimes: "Once again HFC has another quite worthy product. Again the gain is more open, cleaner, more dynamic, and real sounding music. The sound stage just becomes quite well defined. And the bass has great definition."

Here at 'Audiophile On The Cheap', we rarely recommend a single device that will double the value of your system. But at $299, it was well worth it.

A friend loaned me first one, and then three of these devices to audition.

Gob-smacked.

Rick Schultz* was so kind, he read my review and sent me one of my own. As luck would have it, it arrived just as the three devices were being unplugged.

The crazy thing about this device, is it's 'cumulative effect' -- the longer it is plugged into the electrical supply line of your amp, computer, TV, or monitor the better it sounds and the effect lingers when removed. Now, I am assured that my noise will never return to pre-MC-0.5 conditions. Thanks Rick!

*-Rick is the inventor of the MC-0.5 device at High Fidelity Cables, and I think he is the Nikola Tesla of the Audiophile World.
